Care led by Shana Gieger, FNP-BC
Shana Diane Gieger, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, leads our women's health clinic. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and aesthetics, with extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Shana earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University, Savannah, and holds certifications in Botox, fillers, and advanced aesthetic laser treatments. She sees patients at both our Douglas and Ocilla offices.

Women's Health Clinic offers OB-GYN care, high-risk pregnancy care, well-woman exams, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, IV therapy, Botox and Dysport, Juvederm fillers, The Perfect Derma Peel, CO2 laser resurfacing, and microdermabrasion at our Douglas and Ocilla offices.
Who will be my healthcare providers?
Our women's health clinic is led by Shana Diane Gieger, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, who sees patients at our Douglas and Ocilla locations. Dr. Mahendra G. Amin, MD, is the Medical Director of our practice.
How can I book an appointment?
Call us at (912) 381-0985 or send a message through our contact page and our team will get back to you. Our Ocilla office is open Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Wednesday, 8:30am to 12:00pm. Our Douglas office is open Wednesday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.
Can I get Botox or fillers while pregnant or breastfeeding?
For the safety of you and your baby, we do not offer Botox or fillers during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
