As you prepare for your OB/GYN appointment, compile a list of any symptoms or concerns you have, as well as any questions you wish to ask your healthcare provider. Understanding your family's health history can also be beneficial. On the day of your appointment, bring along your insurance card and a form of ID.

Preparing for Your Aesthetics Visit

Before your aesthetics appointment, reflect on your main skin concerns and the goals you hope to achieve with our treatments. Note any skincare products or medications you're currently using as they may affect your treatment plan. It's generally recommended to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Additionally, try to avoid direct sun exposure and refrain from undergoing any other facial treatments for a week before your appointment. Remember to bring along any insurance details, if applicable.
